About

I arrived in London from Canada almost four years ago to work in the UK wine industry, I got myself a job at Vinoteca Wine Bar & Shop where I met my partner Ross Goodall the Kiwi chef. We are now leaving London together on an adventure to France to work at the Auberget de Chassignolles for six months. I plan to use this blog as a record of the beautiful food that Ross will be making, as well share any other interesting stories along the way.
